Privacy policy for the Max Plus Platform authenticated web application, public website, demo requests, support, and business follow-up.
Effective date: 28 June 2026. This Privacy Policy applies to the Max Plus Platform authenticated web application, the public marketing website, demo requests, support services, and related business communication operated by Green Tech W.L.L.
For the authenticated web platform, we may process account identity, name, email, phone number, tenant and company context, branches, roles, permissions, login/session data, IP address, browser and request metadata, timestamps, security events, support messages, and audit logs.
For ERP and business workflows, the platform may process business records entered or approved by authorized users, such as customers, suppliers, employees, items, invoices, quotations, sales, purchases, payments, inventory, attendance, payroll, approvals, reports, attachments, configuration data, integration data, and document lifecycle history.
For the public website, demo requests, and contact forms, we may process the submitted name, company, email, phone number, country, message, requested product interest, form metadata, spam-prevention signals, and follow-up notes.
We use platform web data to authenticate users, enforce active-context permissions, operate tenant and company workflows, protect data isolation, validate sensitive actions, maintain audit trails, support approvals and document lifecycle controls, provide support, improve reliability, detect abuse or security risk, and meet contractual, legal, accounting, tax, security, backup, and retention obligations.
We use public website and demo-request data to respond to inquiries, coordinate demos, plan implementation discussions, provide requested information, prevent spam or automated abuse, and keep business follow-up records.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational controls such as HTTPS, authentication, authorization, role-based and active-context permission checks, CSRF protection where applicable, input validation, output escaping, prepared database access, audit logging, secure configuration, backups, monitoring, and deployment controls. Sensitive business actions remain server-authoritative and permission-checked.
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with the customer organization that controls the business account, authorized users according to their permissions, hosting and infrastructure providers, email/SMS/WhatsApp/push notification providers, payment or integration providers when enabled, professional advisors, and authorities when required by law or valid process. Providers are used only as needed to operate, secure, support, or improve the service.
Business, accounting, tax, audit, and security records are retained according to customer configuration, contracts, legal obligations, backup schedules, operational needs, and applicable law. Public inquiry records are retained only as needed for business follow-up, support, dispute handling, security, or legal obligations. Users may request access, correction, export, deletion, or restriction through their company administrator or by contacting info@green2ech.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, audit, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Max Plus Platform is a business platform and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data through the platform web application or public website.
Data may be processed in countries where our hosting, support, or service providers operate, subject to applicable contractual, security, and legal controls.
We may update this policy when platform features, providers, laws, compliance requirements, or operational practices change.
