Effective date: 28 June 2026. This Privacy Policy applies to the Max Plus Solutions mobile applications on Android and iOS, including app access to Max Plus Platform business workflows operated by Green Tech W.L.L.
Depending on the features enabled by your employer or business account, the mobile apps may process account identity, name, email, phone number, company, tenant, branch, role and permission context, login/session data, approved device identifiers, terminal code, device profile status, app diagnostics, IP address, timestamps, security events, and support messages.
For authorized mobile workflows, the apps may show or submit business records such as dashboards, approvals, notifications, sales documents, quotations, invoices, inventory references, customers, items, payments, attachments, reports, and audit-related activity available to the signed-in user.
Internet access is required to connect to the platform API. Camera or file access may be used only for enabled workflows such as document attachments, barcode or QR scanning, profile images, or business documents. Location may be requested only for enabled attendance, delivery, field-work, or company policy workflows. Push notification tokens may be used for business notifications. Biometric authentication, when offered by the device and enabled by the user, is used locally or through platform-approved authentication flows and does not give us fingerprint or face data.
We use mobile app data to authenticate users, connect them to authorized company workspaces, enforce role and device approval rules, operate mobile-ready ERP workflows, protect tenant and company data isolation, detect security or device risk, provide support, maintain audit trails, improve reliability, and meet contractual, legal, accounting, tax, security, backup, and retention obligations where applicable.
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with the customer organization that controls the business account, authorized users according to their permissions, hosting and infrastructure providers, email/SMS/WhatsApp/push notification providers, payment or integration providers when enabled, professional advisors, and authorities when required by law or valid process. Providers are used only as needed to operate, secure, support, or improve the service.
Business, device, and audit records are retained according to customer configuration, contractual requirements, accounting/tax obligations, backup schedules, security needs, and applicable law. Users may request access, correction, export, deletion, or restriction through their employer/company administrator or by contacting us at info@green2ech.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, audit, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational controls such as HTTPS, authentication, authorization, role-based access, active-context permission checks, approved device profiles where enabled, input validation, audit logging, secure configuration, backups, and operational monitoring. No system is risk-free, so users must protect credentials, use approved devices, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Max Plus Solutions is a business application and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data through the mobile apps.
Data may be processed in countries where our hosting, support, or service providers operate, subject to applicable contractual, security, and legal controls.
We may update this policy when mobile app features, providers, laws, app-store requirements, or operational practices change.
