• Customers remain responsible for correct business data, user permissions, legal settings, accounting review, and approval workflow configuration.
• Platform functionality, pricing, implementation scope, integrations, training, support level, and migration commitments depend on signed commercial agreements.

Agreement Boundary

These public terms do not replace an approved proposal, purchase order, statement of work, or signed agreement. If there is a conflict, the signed and approved commercial or legal document controls.
