Service Policy

• Production platform access must use HTTPS, configured authentication, permission checks, CSRF protection where applicable, and audit logging for sensitive actions.
• Tenant/company files, backups, exports, and runtime storage must stay outside release folders and follow configured storage roots.
• Compliance, tax, payroll, and accounting settings are implementation tools and must be reviewed by the customer’s qualified advisor before production use.

This policy is reviewed when product features, data flows, app-store requirements, regulatory requirements, or provider terms change.
