Scope: Employees using the iOS, Android, and AppGallery mobile apps for attendance, leave, profile, document, and HR self-service workflows.

Key Terms

• Employees must use their own authorized account and approved device and must not share credentials, bypass device checks, or submit false attendance evidence.
• Mobile attendance, leave, profile, and document features depend on the employer’s enabled modules, company policies, approvals, and HR configuration.
• The app may request location permission only for attendance/location-policy workflows where the employer has enabled that feature.

Agreement Boundary

These public terms do not replace an approved proposal, purchase order, statement of work, or signed agreement. If there is a conflict, the signed and approved commercial or legal document controls.
