Scope: Employees using the iOS, Android, and AppGallery mobile apps for attendance, leave, profile, document, and HR self-service workflows.
Data We Process
- Employee identity, company link, login/session data, device authorization records, mobile security events, and app diagnostics.
- Attendance punch evidence such as date/time, punch type, policy status, device context, and location evidence when location-based attendance is enabled.
- Leave requests, profile information, document metadata, attachments if enabled, and HR workflow status returned from the platform API.
Why We Process It
- Authenticate employees, link approved devices, submit attendance/leave actions, show HR status, and protect company attendance policies.
- Help HR review exceptions, detect device or location risk, prevent unauthorized account use, and maintain employee-service audit evidence.
- Support app-store privacy disclosures, in-app privacy links, deletion/export requests through company HR/admin channels, and security troubleshooting.
Protection, Retention, And Requests
We use appropriate controls such as authentication, authorization, encryption in transit, safe logging, and audit evidence where needed. Data is retained according to operational, agreement, backup, audit, and legal requirements, then removed or archived under the approved retention policy.
